Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days after processing. This service is free on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
Express Shipping
Express shipping takes 2-4 business days after processing and is available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping
We ship to over 35 countries worldwide. International orders typically take 10-21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order using our Order Tracking page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at womensbeautyandshine@gmail.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and ensure you're taken care of.
